Why have I received a booking cancellation email?
Online bookings in terms of price, time or distances are for guidance only and are subject to verification and approval/acceptance by management. The booking may not be accepted, if it is generated incorrectly because of incorrect information or some bug/glitch in the price database. However, clients will only receive a cancelation email if they are unreachable or uncontactable to the reservation team member to clarify the provided information.
